Getting Your Remote Worker Visa
Once you receive your electronic limited stay permit, you can also request a physical card and retrieve it from the Immigration office. If you plan on staying in the country longer than 183 days per year, you will also be able to apply for an Indonesian tax ID.
If you can’t meet the requirements above but would like to work remotely in Indonesia, or you only plan to stay for up to 6 months per visit, we suggest exploring the single-entry visit visa (ex B211A), which is popular among shorter-term nomads.
