Exit Permit
EPO / ERP
If you have an ITAS/ITAP and your permit is ending soon or you wish to apply for a new visa, you will need to process EPO or ERP. EPO stands for Exit Permit Only, while ERP stands for Exit Re-entry Permit.
Regular processing time - 3 business days
Even though your ITAS or ITAP will have an expiry date, it is still necessary to process an EPO or ERP, as failing to do so means you will be unable to apply for another visa in Indonesia in the future. Essentially, EPO or ERP permits are required to ‘clear the visa record’ before you apply for another visa in Indonesia.

If you’re still in the country, you can apply for an EPO, which will take 3 business days to process from the date that you drop your physical passport in our office.
You will need the following documents to apply for EPO:
1. Physical Passport.
2. E-ITAS.
3. Flight ticket leaving Indonesia.
4. Marriage Certificate/Birth Certificate (for Family ITAS).
5. IMTA, RPTKA, proof of payment for IMTA (for Working ITAS).
6. Complete sponsoring company paperwork (for Investor ITAS).
6. Company letterhead.
7. Company wet stamp.
8. Photo/scan of Director’s ID Card if the Director is Indonesian.
9. Photo/scan of Director’s Passport and E-ITAS if the Director is a foreigner.
After EPO is completed, you will be granted 7 days to fly out from Indonesian territory. If you fail to depart from Indonesia before a 7 day mark, an overstay penalty will apply. As soon as EPO is completed, you are welcome to apply for any Indonesian visa right away.

If you’re outside of Indonesia, you can apply for an ERP, which should take 5 business days after you have submitted all the necessary documents to us.
You will need to submit the following documents to process ERP:
1. Photo/scan of passport bio page.
2. E-ITAS.
3. Photo/Scan of KITAS stamp inside the passport.
4. Photo/scan of Immigration stamp inside the passport confirming the last exit from Indonesia.
5. Flight ticket of the last departure from Indonesia.
6. Marriage Certificate/Birth Certificate (for Family ITAS)
7. MTA, RPTKA, proof of payment for IMTA (for Working ITAS).
8. Complete sponsoring company paperwork (for Investor ITAS).
9. Company letterhead.
10. Company wet stamp.
11. Photo/scan of Director’s ID Card if the Director is Indonesian.
12. Photo/scan of Director’s Passport and E-ITAS if the Director is a foreigner.
After EPR is completed, you are welcome to apply for any Indonesian visa right away.
